A very special kind of yoga event in a wonderful, natural place of power.
Flow and Yin Yoga with live music for all levels.
In flow yoga we flow through the various asanas to the music and in yin yoga our body is allowed to rest and regenerate in the various passive postures.
B2 Catering will take care of your physical well-being.
Process:
2:45 pm Welcome drink
3 pm Flowyoga
4 pm break with snack
4:30 pm Yin Yoga
6 pm shared meal
